Between two and eight. Siftmo tries several cluster counts and keeps the one that best separates your real customer groups. The number can shift over time as your base grows.
At least six customers with purchase history and a product catalog that has been analysed at least once. For most stores, personas appear soon after installation.
No. There are no tags to maintain, no rules to configure, and nothing to upload. Personas are generated automatically from your existing order history.
No. Only anonymised aggregate statistics per persona are sent to the LLM that writes the names and descriptions. Your raw customer data is never used to train any model.
