Your plan is based on your average monthly order count over the last three months. For example, 200, 250, and 300 orders average out to 250 per month, which puts you on Growth.
Order volume reflects how much data Siftmo imports and analyses. Every plan includes the same features.
You can stay on your current plan if you exceed the limit for one month. If you exceed it for two consecutive months, we'll contact you about moving to the next plan.
Siftmo is billed through Shopify, alongside your Shopify subscription and other app charges.
Uninstall the Siftmo app from your Shopify store to cancel.
